Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members or contractors when necessary to complete larger projects.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance & Repairs Technician or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in various repair techniques.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Mileage Reimbursement is available for travel made on behalf of the company.
