North Burnaby Dental Group is looking for an Experienced Licensed Dental Assistant to join our family-owned, dentist-led practice. If you enjoy building patient relationships, taking initiative, and helping a clinical day run smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

We’re seeking a confident, dependable assistant who brings robust chairside skills, a collaborative approach, and pride in providing thoughtful patient care.

Schedule

Our current schedule is Monday–Wednesday. As we continue to grow, we’re also open to adding Thursdays. We’d be happy to discuss your availability and explore a schedule that works for both you and the practice.

What You’ll Bring

- Registration and valuable standing with the BCCOHP as a Licensed Dental Assistant
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on licensed dental assisting experience
- Confident chairside skills, with the ability to anticipate the dentist’s needs and maintain an efficient clinical flow
- Strong organization, reliability, and initiative in a busy practice
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach with dentists, patients, and teammates
- A commitment to attentive, professional care and a positive patient experience
- Experience with Tracker, considered an asset
