Full- time Team Leader or someone who is an Experienced Fundraiser ready to take the next step into a Team Leader role, representing Save the Children Canada and CNIB.

We need someone who is confident fundraising face-to-face, can lead by example, and has the skills and drive to train, coach and motivate a team to achieve great results.

What we are looking for...

- Leading and supporting a team of face-to-face fundraisers.
- Fundraising on the street, door-to-door and at private sites.
- Training new team members and improving team performance.
- Working towards fundraising targets and helping the team succeed.
- Previous face-to-face fundraising experience is essential.
- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others.

What Emerald Marketing offers...

- $24-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday,



10am-6pm.
- Training, team nights and opportunities to progress into management.
- The chance to work with a team representing leading Canadian Charities.

Interviews take place weekly at our downtown Toronto office, with an immediate start available.
