The Opportunity

We are growing our osteopathy team and looking for a skilled, patient-focused Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our established, multidisciplinary practice. You will step into a clinic with an active patient base, strong community reputation, and full administrative support, so you can focus on what you do best: patient care.

Responsibilities





- Perform thorough patient assessments and intake consultations
- Develop and deliver individualized osteopathic treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Apply manual osteopathic techniques such as osteoarticular, myofascial release, muscle energy, visceral, and craniosacral approaches
- Treat a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, headaches, joint pain, sports injuries, postural issues, and chronic pain
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, movement, and self-care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records (via Jane App)
- Collaborate with RMTs, acupuncturists, and other practitioners on interdisciplinary treatment approaches

Requirements

- Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) or equivalent from a recognized program
- Membership in good standing with a recognized osteopathic association (e.g., OAO, OOA)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred, current grads welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills; compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have

- Experience with sports injuries, rehabilitation, or prenatal/postnatal care
- Existing patient base is welcome
