Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and performing physical tasks, including heavy lifting.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Loading and unloading food products, materials and products

- Picking, packing, sorting, and organizing products

- Moving products and materials throughout the warehouse

- Receiving and putting away inventory

- Preparing orders for shipment

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

- Performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience is an asset

- Ability to lift and move heavy items

- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

- Reliable and punctual

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
