Brewery Driver & Warehouse Associate

At Valuable Robot, we’re building something bigger than beer. We’re building a team that shows up for each other, takes ownership, and gets the job done right.

We’re looking for a Brewery Driver & Warehouse Associate to support the movement of our product across Nova Scotia, from our warehouse to our partners, and everywhere in between. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid role combining warehouse operations and delivery driving.

- Load, unload, and organize the warehouse (keep it tight, clean, FIFO)
- Pick and prep orders with speed and accuracy
- Deliver product to partners (NSLC, Costco, and other accounts)
- Execute delivery routes efficiently and safely
- Handle load-in/load-out at each stop
- Handle kegs, returns, and supply pickups
- Keep paperwork and delivery records clean and complete
- Jump in where needed – urgent runs, busy days, team support
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, and a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Clear communicator
- Team-first mindset – we help each other win
- Professional and respectful with customers and partners

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in coolers and outdoor conditions
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience is an asset

What You’ll Get

- Be part of a growing, scrappy, and high-performing team
- Work that keeps you moving, no two days are the same

- A team that values ownership, accountability, and camaraderie
- Opportunity to grow with the business

This role directly impacts how our product shows up in the world. When this role is done well, our partners are stocked, our warehouse-runs clean, and our operations stay tight.

You’re not just moving boxes – you're helping to keep business flowing!
