About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team at our busy Auto Body shop.

This is a hands-on position that combines front office support with assisting in the shop as needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, communicates well with others, and is eager to learn.

The right candidate will have the prospect to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with the position.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Help coordinate daily operations
- Order supplies and assist with general office administration
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with shop duties as required, including cleaning vehicles and transporting customers
- Help with other tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the business
- Learn additional duties and responsibilities as training progresses

- Strong work ethic and a dependable, responsible attitude




- Highly motivated with the ability to take initiative

- Professional and friendly customer service approach
- Willingness to learn new skills and accept direction
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working in both an office and shop environment
- Valid driver's licence and a good driving record for customer transportation duties
