Linterra Aggregates is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tower Operator to join our team at our Cultus Lake quarry. This is a key role in our operations, responsible for overseeing the control tower and ensuring efficient material processing and flow throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the control tower to help manage crushing and screening operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings to optimize production.
- Coordinate with ground crews to ensure smooth workflow and material movement.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

- Quarry experience is required.
- Previous tower operation experience is an asset.




- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with aggregate processing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
