We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure quality and presentation standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or servers as required




- Support inventory management by notifying supervisors of stock levels and shortages

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
