*Associate Position – Virtual*

**2 – 6 years family law experience**

I'm looking to add a family lawyer to our Toronto office. My practice ranges from high net worth separations, to child protection, to family law issues for First Nations people on/off reserve.

I’m looking for somebody who has the confidence and competency to carry simpler files from start to finish with some guidance, and a willingness to junior on more complex files. You’ll always be invited to build your practice on issues that most interest you.

Virtual practice:

- This will be a virtual position, with the exception of required in-person court appearances.

Compensation:

- Based on experience and can be flexible. A fee-split would be preferred, but a more traditional salary (or combination salary + fee split) is also workable.

- Autonomy. You’re free to take on as much work as you’d like, but prioritizing work over life won’t be expected of you. If you prefer to work in-person, we can make arrangements, but I’ll never ask you to come into the office just for the sake of being there.
