Lil Einstein's Inc is seeking a strategic and results-driven Executive Head of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our early learning programs in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day multi-site operations and drive organizational growth
- Ensure compliance with Alberta childcare regulations and licensing standards
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Implement policies, performance metrics, and quality assurance systems
- Recruit, mentor, and lead site directors and management teams

Qualifications

- 5+years of senior operations leadership experience
- Background in childcare, education and Montessori pedagogy ,regulated service environments preferred
- Solid financial and strategic planning skills




- Proven experience managing multi-site teams
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
