The Client Care Worker, under the direction of the Supervisor and Executive Director, will work in our Overnight Program and use a relational harm reduction approach to support street-involved individuals as they access the emergency shelter. They are non-judgmental and interested in building healthy supportive relationships. They are comfortable in a demanding environment and with supporting individuals with complex needs who may be under the influence of substances. Our Workers are the first point of contact for visitors, donors, the public, and individuals experiencing crisis.

- 9pm to 9am, 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
- Expectation to stay on-site during paid lunch break.
- Satisfactory criminal record inquiry is required.
- Email/Data Entry are required.
- Light janitorial duties to ensure a safe workplace.




- Requires ability to lift 10 pounds, walk and stand for moderate periods.
- Individuals with diverse experience and education will be considered.
- Individuals must be okay working independently and in a small team.
