KleaNova is a recent, locally owned cleaning company based in Halifax. We clean homes, offices and rental properties across HRM, and we are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team from the ground up.

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across a variety of residential homes and commercial properties. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients’ convenience
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in excellent working condition for efficient service delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Organize tasks efficiently using strong time management skills to complete all assigned duties within scheduled timeframes




- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients

Qualifications

- Fluency in English is essential
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning techniques is advantageous
