Snapshot of the Position:

At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for baking. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily production of a wide variety of baked goods.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare baking dough for cookies, muffin batter and any other desserts according to Company standards.
- Follow recipes accurately, frost & decorate baked goods as applicable, order ingredient & packaging supplies, maintain and organize ingredient inventory.
- Keep display cases and other merchandising areas stocked and properly faced at all times in accordance with department standards.
- Adhere to food, health and safety standards at all times.
- Fulfill customer bakery orders or special orders as requested (i.e. catering orders).
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe baking area.
- Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures.




- Any additional duties as required by Bakery Manager.

What We Are Looking For:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of basic equipment including, but not limited to, mixers, blenders, food processors.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg is a definite asset.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.

Rate of Pay:

Based on experience

Hours of Work:

32+ hours per week; days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
