Town Car Rental – Steinbach, Manitoba

Town Car Rental is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Steinbach location!

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic to moderate computer skills, and a willingness to learn about our services. This role involves answering phone calls, greeting customers at the front desk, and coordinating services in person, by phone, text, and email.

Position: Full-time (40+ hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Answer phone calls, respond to text messages and emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Coordinate customer services and vehicle rentals.




- Pick up and drop off customers as required.
- Pick up and drop off vehicles at different locations.
- Clean vehicles inside and outside.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and clutter-free.
- Learn about our services and assist with daily operations as needed.

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to moderate computer skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, organized, and customer-focused.
