Operations Coordinator, Calgary (relocating to Edmonton)

About us
TradeSpace is Canada’s first co-warehousing company. We give 250+ small businesses warehouse space, offices, and the support they need to grow. We have three locations in Calgary and are opening our first Edmonton location in early 2027.

About the role
This is a launch role for Edmonton. You’ll start in Calgary, learn how we run our buildings, and then move to Edmonton to help open and run the new location.

No experience required. We care more about how you work than what’s on your resume. The role is part office, part warehouse floor, so you won’t be at a desk all day.

What you’ll do

- Be the go-to person for members: answer questions, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly
- Give tours and help new members move in and out
- Walk the floor, check units and common areas, and flag issues
- Help with leasing, billing, and member records
- Keep the space clean, safe,



and organized
- In Edmonton, help get the current location ready and build its first member community

Who we’re looking for

- You’re organized and follow through
- You like working with people and don’t mind solving problems on the spot
- You’re comfortable on your feet and in a warehouse
- You can work on your own once you know the ropes
- You’re open to moving to Edmonton in early 2027

Details

- Training in Calgary until the Edmonton location opens (Q1 2027)
- Permanent work location: 14545 115 Ave NW, Edmonton
- In person, Monday to Friday
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
