Royal Spruce Landscaping and Snow Plowing

Royal Spruce is hiring experienced drivers and equipment operators for commercial snow removal this winter.

Positions available:

- Salt truck drivers
- Plow truck drivers
- Wheel loader operators
- Skid steer operators

Our equipment includes 10–20 ft and 10–26 ft winged snow plows. Experience operating large winged plows is a solid asset.

Responsibilities:

- Plow and/or salt commercial properties as assigned.
- Safely operate equipment around parked vehicles, buildings, curbs and pedestrians.
- Follow site instructions and designated snow-piling locations.
- Complete equipment inspections and report damage or mechanical issues promptly.
- Respond reliably to snow and ice call-outs.

Requirements:





- Previous experience operating the equipment you are applying to run.
- Availability for on-call work, including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to your assigned reporting location.
- Appropriate valid driver’s licence for truck-driving positions.
- A dependable attitude, strong communication and attention to safety.
