Job Title: Anodizing Line Operator

Location: Burlington, ON

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday | Days: 7:00am-3:30pm | Afternoons: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Job Summary

The Anodizing Line Operator is responsible for the efficient, safe and productive operation of the Anodizing Line and associated equipment.

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr

Duties and Responsibilities

Operate overhead hoists to move aluminum racks through the finishing process.

*

Follow work orders and process parameters to achieve the required finish.

*

Monitor tank solution levels, temperatures, cathodes, and rinse tanks.

*

Verify work orders and parts are correctly identified before processing.

*

Maintain clean, safe work areas and promptly address water spills.

*

Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues and assist with preventive maintenance.

*





Record process parameters accurately and report work order discrepancies.

*

Organize production to maximize efficiency and output.

*

Identify and recommend process, quality, and safety improvements.

*

Follow company quality standards and all applicable Ontario health and safety regulations.

*

Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

*

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Safe Operator Hoist Training

Experience and Skills

- 2~3 years previous experience in a manufacturing setting
- Good communication skills
- Organization skills
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work
