Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fire Spray /Spray Foam Applicator to join our team and drive excellence in insulation projects. In this role, you will perform fire spray /spray foam application, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project completion. Your expertise will help deliver energy-efficient solutions to our clients while mentoring team members and maintaining a productive work environment. Responsibilities

- Application of spray foam / Fire spray insulation on various construction sites, ensuring accurate adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Follow and adhere to proper techniques and safety protocols
- Prepare surfaces by performing caulking, drywall installation, or other preparatory tasks as needed before foam application
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute insulation plans
- Operate hand tools and spray equipment efficiently, maintaining all tools in optimal condition
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure consistent application and finish standards
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors,



and clients to meet project deadlines and specifications while maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications

- Proven experience in spray foam / fire spray application with a strong understanding of insulation techniques
- Construction experience with knowledge of drywall installation, caulking, and general building practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools and spray equipment used in insulation projects
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to construction sites and spray foam operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
