Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable General Bakery Assistant to join our team for the busy season. This is a hands-on role that supports our production team with daily baking operations and packaging.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily production, including dough prep, shaping, and finishing
- Portion, label, and package baked goods for wholesale and retail orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Support dishwashing and sanitation routines
- Assist with inventory rotation and ingredient prep
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production workplace is an asset (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and willing to work both weekdays and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
