Job Description

Scott Steel Erectors Inc. is actively recruiting 20 experienced Cladding Installers (Journeypersons and Apprentices) for the Bell AI Data Centre Project in Regina, Saskatchewan.

We are seeking skilled, safety-conscious individuals with experience in Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) installation and industrial roofing to join our construction team.

Compensation & Project Details

- Journeyperson Wage: $50.00 per hour
- 3rd Year Apprentice Wage: $44.00 per hour
- Overtime: 1.5x after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
- Rotation: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
- Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts
- Accommodation: Hotel provided
- Living Out Allowance (LOA): $60 per day
- Project Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
- Employment Type: Non-Union

Key Responsibilities

- Install Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) on industrial buildings.
- Perform industrial roofing installation and associated cladding work.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and installation layouts.
- Measure, cut, fit and secure panels, flashings, trims and related materials.
- Operate aerial work platforms and other equipment as required.
- Work safely at heights while following fall protection procedures.




- Maintain quality workmanship and follow all company and site safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience with IMP installation and/or industrial cladding.
- Industrial roofing experience is an asset.
- Journeyperson or Apprentice trade classification.
- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding construction duties.
- Ability to work a rotational schedule.
- Robust commitment to workplace safety.

Required Safety Certifications:

- WHMIS
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
- Fall Protection
- CSTS
