Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble burritos according to company standards and customer preferences
- Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining experience
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and service areas, following food safety guidelines




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote current or featured products
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with guests
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math for transactions and portioning
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting
- A genuine interest in the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to serving and food handling

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
