Job Overview

The Stock Associate supports daily store operations by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise while helping maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment. This role works closely with store team members to keep products available, displays well presented, and customers assisted throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

- Receive, unpack, and sort merchandise; check deliveries for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and sales-floor displays, rotate products as needed, and maintain organized backroom storage.
- Support merchandising by arranging products, updating displays, and keeping shelves neat and properly labeled.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide courteous customer service.
- Support retail sales by sharing product information and directing customers to appropriate items.
- Help with cashiering and checkout tasks when needed.
- Keep the sales floor, stockroom,



and work areas clean through routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, and coordinate tasks with the store team.

Qualifications

- Early morning availability
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a helpful approach to customer service.
- Previous retail, stocking, merchandising, or cashiering experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to handle routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and maintain a safe, orderly work environment.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
