Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
- Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by efficiently managing dishwashing duties.
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to promote a safe working environment.




- Restock supplies such as soap, sanitizer, and cleaning materials as needed.

Skills

- No previous experience required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is an asset
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food service workflows.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and hygiene compliance.
- Valuable physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting heavy loads.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting the culinary team.
