Overview

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily retail operations and help the store meet its service, sales, and operational goals. The Store Manager supervises and develops the team, maintains an appealing and well-stocked sales floor, and ensures customers receive a positive experience. This role calls for robust leadership, communication, and time-management skills, along with the ability to balance customer needs and administrative responsibilities.

Duties

- Lead, supervise, and support store employees; coordinate team management, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training and development.
- Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and help build a collaborative, service-oriented team.
- Oversee customer service, retail sales, sales management, cashiering, and POS transactions.
- Support customers and resolve questions or concerns with professionalism, clear communication, and appropriate phone etiquette.
- Manage cash handling, daily records, bookkeeping, payroll administration, and other store documentation.
- Monitor sales activity, inventory, and store performance; contribute to budgeting and operational planning.
- Coordinate purchasing and replenishment,



and maintain accurate pricing and product information.
- Plan and execute merchandising and marketing activities that keep the store organized, attractive, and aligned with business priorities.
- Use negotiation and sound judgment when working with vendors, customers, and team members.
- Maintain efficient store operations through strong organization, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Experience

- Experience in retail management, store management, or a related retail leadership role.
- Supervising experience, including team leadership, recruiting, interviewing, and employee training.
- Background in retail sales, sales management, customer service, cashiering, and POS systems.
- Familiarity with cash handling, payroll, bookkeeping, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, marketing, and budgeting.
- Strong communication, organizational, math, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Administrative experience and professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
