Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with precision
- Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction

Requirements





- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols required for safe service delivery
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order calculations, and billing purposes
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
