Sales Representative – Custom Apparel & Promotional Products

Allrush Print and Apparel is seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven background in custom decorated apparel and promotional products.

This position requires someone who can confidently recommend products and decoration methods, source from suppliers, prepare accurate quotes, and manage customer orders from inquiry through completion. The successful candidate will combine practical industry knowledge with robust customer service, organization, and timely communication.

A minimum of three years of direct experience selling custom decorated apparel is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience quoting and coordinating customer orders involving screen printing, embroidery, and other apparel decoration methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage apparel and promotional product inquiries from initial contact through product selection, quoting, order placement, and follow-up.
- Recommend garments, promotional products, and decoration methods suited to each customer’s budget, intended use, quantities, and deadlines.
- Obtain and verify supplier pricing, inventory availability, minimum quantities, production timelines, and shipping costs.
- Prepare accurate, itemized quotes in Microsoft Excel, accounting for products, decoration, setup charges, and shipping.
- Respond to new quote requests within 60 minutes during business hours, providing a quote where possible or a clear next step and expected turnaround when additional information is required.




- Manage a high volume of email correspondence while maintaining accurate records and following through on outstanding quotes and orders.
- Confirm artwork requirements, decoration locations, sizing, colours, quantities, and customer approvals before releasing orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal production staff to ensure order specifications and deadlines are clearly communicated.
- Develop customer relationships, follow up on sales opportunities, and grow repeat business.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- At least three years of direct sales experience in custom decorated apparel, including preparing quotes and managing customer orders.
- Practical knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, DTF (direct-to-film), and other apparel decoration methods, including suitability for different fabrics, artwork, quantities, and budgets.
- Experience sourcing apparel and promotional products through industry suppliers and interpreting supplier pricing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas and pricing spreadsheets to prepare customer quotes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active quotes and orders in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and reliably in our Calgary office.





General retail clothing sales or customer service experience alone does not meet the industry experience requirement for this position.

Compensation

- This position offers a base wage of $26.44 per hour, equivalent to approximately $55,000 annually based on a 40-hour workweek. Employees will also be eligible to enroll in Allrush’s benefits package.
