We are seeking a dynamic Part-time Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various items, especially in technology sales
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting
- Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems and process cash handling efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional communication skills and phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management,



including stock replenishment and product organization
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store setting at all times

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to upsell effectively
- Previous experience in merchandising, cash handling, or retail sales will be considered an asset
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and maintaining professional phone etiquette
