We are looking for an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join our team in Nanaimo. If you have at least three years of experience supporting a family law practice, are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a busy legal environment, we would love to hear from you.





The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant, with a strong knowledge of family law procedures, terminology, and court documentation. They will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document preparation is essential. We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable, committed to client service, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
