Job Summary

Federal Screen Products Inc. is seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This is a newly created position with an existing vacancy.

The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, and administrative departments while working closely with hiring managers to support staffing needs and attract qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and employment offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Prepare and manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment initiatives as required.




- Maintain accurate recruitment records, hiring trackers, and provide regular updates to HR and hiring managers.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable employment legislation and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an internal or corporate environment.
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with Payworks HRIS is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
