Pay: $23–$31 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 1:30 am

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal TIG Welder/Fitter for one of our clients in Pickering, Ontario. This role is ideal for a highly skilled qualified with a strong background in TIG (GTAW) welding and metal fitting, who takes pride in precision work and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on sheet metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Fit, align, and assemble metal components to exact tolerances
- Ensure all work meets industry welding standards and quality requirements
- Inspect finished welds to ensure structural integrity and appearance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of TIG (GTAW)



welding experience
- Strong fitting experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Solid understanding of welding codes, standards, and best practices
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with stainless steel and/or aluminum
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
