West Toronto area commercial developer and landlord is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for tenant service to join our expanding group as a full time Senior Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities include: tendering and awarding maintenance, service, and repair contracts, conducting monthly site inspections of all properties, communicating professionally and efficiently with all commercial tenants, trades, and consultants, enforcing commercial leases as it relates to operational issues, working directly with senior accounting staff to complete year end CAM reconciliations, issuing purchase orders for service work and ensuring service completion, liaising with construction personnel and consultants regarding property maintenance/repairs,



properly identifying and supervising required repair work and/or capital repairs and replacements, and ensuring tenant satisfaction and asset value retention through proper care and maintenance of all commercial properties.

Qualifications: A minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role; building science/engineering background is a plus. Applicant must have excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, strong customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
