Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate join Sharleez Bridal (bridal shop). The candidate will have experience in women clothing wear, a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage with customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, social media marketing, and excellent sales experience.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Able to achieve sales quota, exceptional customer service and attention to details.
- Administrative duties as invoicing, place orders, follow up and delivering.
- Experience in social media to promote products effectively.
- Perform cashiering duties,
including cash handling and processing transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within the scheduled shift while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in women clothing retail sales and customer service is required. Bridal shop experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Experience in social media marketing is a must.
