Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Snow Tractor Operator to efficiently manage snow removal operations during winter months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating snow tractors and related equipment to ensure safe and accessible pathways for residents, employees, or clients. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery operation, maintenance, and safety protocols to maintain smooth operations in challenging winter conditions.

Duties

- Operate snow tractors and related heavy machinery to clear snow from Driveways, parking lots, walkways, and other designated areas.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, equipment used,



and maintenance activities for accountability and reporting purposes.

Skills

- Proven experience operating snow tractors or similar heavy machinery in winter conditions.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
