Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)

Location: Penticton, BC

Position: Permanent, Full-Time (Approx. 30 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About the Clinic

A private Dental Clinic that prides on providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a modern, collaborative environment. Located conveniently in Penticton with easy parking and transit access, our growing 4-chair practice is equipped with modern digital technology (including Tracker software). Due to clinic expansion, we are looking for a reliable, team-oriented Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our close-knit team!

Key Responsibilities

- Chairside assisting for comprehensive dental procedures alongside our dentists.
- Patient preparation, comfort care, and post-treatment instruction.




- Maintaining clinical hygiene standards, sterilization, and equipment care.
- Utilizing Tracker software for accurate chart management and procedure tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certification: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license in good standing with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP).
- Experience: Open to both enthusiastic new grads and experienced CDAs.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital dental workflows and practice management software (Tracker experience is a bonus!).
- Attributes: Good communication, patient bedside manner, reliability, and a proactive team attitude.
