About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless spa experience. This is a part-time position requiring some afternoon and Saturday availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
Manage bookings, phone inquiries, and client check-ins/check-outs.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Support spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and laundry.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience – Previous experience in reception, retail, hospitality, or spa environments is preferred.
Robust Communication Skills – Professional, articulate, and friendly in person, over the phone, and via email.
Professional Appearance & Demeanor – Well-groomed, polished, and represents the luxury spa environment.
Excellent Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
Basic Computer Skills – Comfortable using booking systems, email, and payment processing software.
Reliable & Punctual – Strong work ethic with a commitment to showing up on time.
Ability to Work Independently & as Part of a Team – Takes initiative while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Flexible Availability – Must be available for day, afternoons and Saturdays as required.
Eagerness to Learn – Open to training and feedback to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
