Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Solo and Team Driver to operate heavy equipment and transport freight safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills and a solid understanding of freight handling. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining safety standards across all operations. minimum 2 years AZ experience required.

Duties

- Safely operate commercial vehicles for freight transportation within designated routes and schedules
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and securement
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Conduct basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to maintain vehicle functionality
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance logs
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations




- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
- Knowledge of freight logistics, loading procedures, and safety regulations
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in various environments
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and compliance
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients

Pay: From $6,843.06 per year
