We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a Contract basis. In this role, you will shape visually engaging digital and campaign work for well-known brands, turning ideas into compelling creative across multiple channels. This opportunity suits a detail-oriented designer with strong visual judgment, advanced technical skills, and a passion for creating memorable customer-facing experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Create original visual concepts and deliver refined design work for digital, brand, and campaign initiatives from initial direction through final production
- Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, and motion, to produce transparent and compelling creative assets
- Help develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and visual standards that support consistency across projects
- Interpret complex project goals and convert them into effective visual solutions that meet brand and business objectives
- Incorporate generative AI tools for image, video, audio, and concept development to enhance creativity and speed throughout the design process
- Use AI-driven writing and ideation tools to support exploration, iteration, and development of creative approaches
- Keep up to date with emerging design technology and introduce useful tools, methods, and capabilities to the broader team
- Present design rationale with confidence and collaborate closely with creative, UX, copy, strategy, and engineering partners to move work forward
- At least 3 years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
- A portfolio that reflects strong creative range, attention to detail,



and a distinct visual perspective
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Practical experience using generative AI and text-based AI tools within a creative workflow
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles across digital experiences, marketing assets, advertisements, and websites
- Motion design capabilities are considered an asset
- Experience with interactive prototyping in Figma is preferred
- Background in automotive-related design work would be an advantage
