Responsibilities

- schedule freight shipments and delivery routes and timing.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, suppliers, and clients via phone and email systems.
- Monitor freight movements and provide real-time updates to customers, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries,



and related documentation for shipping & receiving purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Proficiency in data entry, typing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling tasks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex information quickly.

Pay: $16.95-$23.00 per hour
