The Health Collective – Baden is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic.

We are a busy, established health clinic serving Baden and the surrounding communities, with chiropractic, physiotherapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, reflexology, and dietitian services all under one roof. Our goal is to create a collaborative clinic where practitioners can focus on providing excellent care while being supported by an organized, skilled environment.

We are looking for an RMT who is reliable, personable, professional, and interested in building long-term relationships with patients. This position would be a great fit for someone who enjoys working as part of a team while still maintaining independence in their own practice.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality massage therapy assessment and treatment
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain professional standards in accordance with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario

Qualifications:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
- New graduates are welcome to apply

Job Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Baden, Ontario
Compensation: Percentage split based on services provided

Pay: $65.00-$85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 25.0 per week
