Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Badminton Coach with 1-3 years of experience to lead our Badminton program at Royal Badminton Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing training sessions, providing individualized coaching to players, and organizing competitions and events.

Requirements

- Coordinate competitive programs
- Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
- Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions




- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
- Participate in coaching clinic instruction
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
- Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
- Present materials at conference or symposium
