Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling products, fabricating components, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

- Laminating adhesives to materials
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Sorting and Packaging of parts for shipping.
- Testing parts using equipment and computers.
- Inspecting parts for Quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace.
- Other various tasks as need in the production facility.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing workplace is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.




- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
- Able to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure.
- Capable of lifting/carrying 25lbs.

Beneficial:

- Experience in Printing, Screen Making and/or ink mixing an asset
- Experience in assembly
- Understanding technical/engineering drawings
- Experience working with Membrane Switches
