We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Optician or Salesperson specializing in Optical Sales to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the perfect eyewear, and ensuring a seamless optical shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of optical products, laboratory procedures, and retail sales techniques, with a passion for helping customers improve their vision and style.

Duties

- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs, preferences, and prescriptions
- Measure and fit eyeglasses accurately for optimal comfort and vision correction
- Educate clients on lens options, frame styles, and optical products using clear communication skills




- Provide guidance on proper eyewear care and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Prior optical experience or retail sales background is advantageous
- Robust sales skills with the ability to educate with customers effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment while providing personalized customer service
- Attention to detail in measurements, prescriptions, and product presentation
- A genuine interest in optical health and fashion trends within the eyewear industry

Expected hours: No less than 38.0 per week
