Our client, MPCAN is seeking a Project Coordinator, Federal Energy Projects to join their team.

Job Title: Project Coordinator, Federal Energy Projects

Location: Petawawa, ON (with some site travel to CFB Kingston; Ottawa Valley or Kingston area)

Pay Range: $52.00 - $60.00/hr CAD

What's the Job?

- Run project administration for DND energy projects by managing Procore workflows and keeping project records accurate and current.
- Own document control as the single point of control for project records across Procore and SharePoint, ensuring one source of truth per record.
- Coordinate project meetings by scheduling, minuting, and tracking action items to closure so the field team can stay focused on delivery.
- Support project reporting and documentation by preparing weekly/monthly progress reports and maintaining daily reports, meeting minutes, observations, and punch lists.
- Support project documentation for change orders, invoicing, and progress claim packages while tracking required base-access and subcontractor documentation.

What's Needed?

- 3+ years coordinating construction, mechanical, electrical, or energy projects in a project coordinator, project administrator, or document controller capacity.
- Hands-on Procore experience on live projects, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and transmittals (or equivalent experience on a comparable platform with the ability to become proficient quickly).
- Proven document control experience including registers, revision control, transmittals, and closeout package assembly.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, Government of Canada Reliability Status; valid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel to both CFB Petawawa and CFB Kingston.
