Compensation: Competitive pay – rates to be discussed. Each crew member is paid individually, plus fuel compensation.
Seeking dependable commercial snow removal crews of 3–4 people for the 2026/2027 winter season.
Responsibilities:
- Explicit commercial walkways, entrances, steps and designated areas.
- Operate snowblowers and other snow removal equipment.
- Complete assigned properties within required service timelines.
- Respond to snowfall events, including overnight, early morning and weekend shifts.
Requirements:
- Crew of 3–4 reliable workers.
- Must have access to a truck or suitable vehicle capable of towing or transporting snowblowers and equipment.
- Previous commercial snow removal experience preferred.
- Must be dependable and available throughout the winter season.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in winter conditions.
