Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and presentation standards in mind
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper sanitation practices at all times
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food handling, storage,



and waste management
- Support the team in meal assembly and plating for service

Qualifications

- Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred; experience in food preparation and cooking is highly valued
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
- Food industry experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
