Chatham Honda is looking for a Desking / Floor Manager to help lead our sales floor, support our sales team, and keep the customer experience at the centre of every deal.

You may already have automotive management experience, or you may be a strong salesperson ready to move into your first leadership role. We’re interested in what you bring to the team, not just the title on your business card.

The role: Working alongside Dealership Management, you will:

- Help structure and desk vehicle deals, balancing customer needs with dealership objectives.
- Support sales consultants with negotiations, closing, and customer follow-up.
- Keep activity on the sales floor organized, focused, and moving forward.
- Coach team members and help them build confidence and improve their skills.
- Work with sales, finance, and other departments to support a smooth customer experience.
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a hands-on approach.

What we’re looking for





- Automotive sales or automotive sales management experience.
- A robust sales track record and a customer-focused approach.
- Confidence with negotiations, deal structure, and closing.
- The ability to coach and encourage others, not just manage your own results.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- The judgment to know when to step in, when to listen, and how to help move a deal forward.

Previous desking or floor management experience is welcome, but we also want to hear from accomplished automotive salespeople ready to take that next step. Let’s start a conversation

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
