Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator

Location: Hamilton & Brantford, Ontario

We are seeking a confident, professional, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist with excellent communication skills and a strong background in customer service, sales, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage patient appointments, phone calls, emails, and front desk operations.

· Communicate professionally with patients and insurance companies.

· Handle dental insurance claims, predeterminations, and follow-ups.

· Discuss treatment fees, payment options, and financial arrangements.

· Follow up with patient inquiries and help convert inquiries into booked consultations.

· Support patient relations, marketing, and practice growth.

Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.

· Dental reception or administrative experience preferred.





· Experience dealing with dental insurance companies is highly desirable.

· Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an asset.

· Excellent typing, computer, and organizational skills.

· Confident, personable, proactive, and able to multitask.

· Must be willing to travel between Hamilton and Brantford locations.

· Must have driving licence.
