Middleton & Associates is looking for a bookkeeper to join our team of professionals. We offer a variety of business‐related services including financial statement preparation, bookkeeping and consultation. We also provide tax related service to local small to mid sized companies and personal tax service for individuals and families.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years experience. The role requires punctuality and the ability to interact with clients in a friendly, competent manner. Duties will include and are not limited to: interacting with bookkeeping clients on a regular basis, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining filing systems, calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, taxes and accounts payable as well as the preparation of HST returns and other government documents.





Situated on the east side of city, Middleton & Associates is convenient to access for both clients and employees. The two partners have an active role in the day to day activities of the office; learning and asking questions are encouraged and welcomed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
