General Labourer – Construction (On-Call Casual)

Location: Corner Brook, NL
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

Schedule: As needed, with an initial project scheduled for October 23–25, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Job Overview

Integrated Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers for on-call, casual construction work in Corner Brook. Successful candidates will support a construction installation crew with insulation and window-related tasks, material handling, and general site cleanup. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, short-term work in a hands-on outdoor workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the installation crew with insulation and window-related tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Assist with general labour duties as required on-site.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Complete site cleanup and garbage removal.
- Follow all site safety procedures and instructions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Ability to lift and handle construction materials weighing under 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots.




- Must wear weather-appropriate and construction-appropriate clothing.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take direction.
- Awareness of construction site hazards, including slips, trips, and falls.

Working Conditions

- Work takes place primarily outdoors on active construction sites.
- Candidates must be comfortable with physical work and changing weather conditions.
- Work is offered on an on-call, casual basis, depending on project requirements.
